Pistachio Pudding: A Christmas Tradition


Ingredients: Pudding mix, Whole milk
Taste: I’ve been told it tastes similar to Pistachio ice cream. Not as much like real Pistachios. We used whole milk instead of 2% which probably made it richer. The only reason I like this is because I only have it once a year.
Texture: It has little pieces of nut in it which gives it some texture beyond just creaminess.
