Ingredients: Flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, vegetable oil, egg, milk, blueberries
Topping: Sugar, flour, butter, cinnamon
Taste: These tasted great! The topping was sweet and the bottom didn’t even need butter. Using fresh blueberries really makes a difference!
Texture: The topping didn’t come out as pretty as I would have liked, and they were hard to get out the pan. But I read the recipe comments and have some tips on how to deal with that next time. Still, the top was crunchy and the bottom was soft, so I would say the aesthetics didn’t matter very much.
