Braised pulled lamb shoulder, Sweet chili sauce, Vietnamese mint, raisins, aioli - (bottom) Crispy Shrimp
Yellow jungle pineapple curry dip - Chicken Wings (they were just breaded sticks of chicken)
Malaysian Oyster Barbecue sauce - “Lontong” Vegetarian Rice Cakes
Herbal sri racha, crispy shallots, garlic, pickled ginger - Wontons
Steamed – Filled with a mixture of shrimp and pork, Mild chili vinaigrette - Veal and Pork Meatballs
Simmered tumeric curry gravy - Romli (“Hamburger”) Sliders
Kuala Lumpur’s famous spiced beef sliders, chili sauce, aioli, pickled cucumbers
The actual value of this platter was around $36- not bad for two people!
